Still waiting for 2nd half of clips from manufacturer, shipping delayed to May

Thank you all so much for your patience. Unfortunately this update is yet another delay. Our manufacturer still hasn't completed production of the 2nd half of the clips (all the 2.5mm clips). I expect to hear word that they will be shipping them (by air) any day now but still have not gotten that notice yet.
In the meantime we've been staging our packaging and preparing for shipping. Even our kids have been earning a few extra bucks by putting labels on the bags!

We're getting closer and closer but just need a bit more time. Hopefully by mid May i have much better news for everyone!

As I eluded to in my last update, things are progressing a bit slower than anticipated with our manufacturer. We have half the clips in and have finished cleaning off the burs from enough clips to ship to all of our backers. We are still waiting for our manufacturer to begin production on the 2nd half of the clips, hopefully we can receive everything in late March or early April and pack everything quickly. We are going to take the next month and a half to stage everything so we hopefully can simply drop clips in their packaging and ship them off to you when we have them. =) Shipping will not be simultaneous, we will ship packages daily over the course of 2-4 weeks. I will be sure to give an update in April as we get closer to actual fulfillment.

Half of our clips received

We received half of our clips from the factory and everything looks great! Except there is a small burr on each clip that will need to be removed by hand. This wasn't totally unexpected but is still not a welcome task.
We are actually headed down to Warmer weather for a week and caren offered to spend the time in the car cleaning these up.
About 1/8 of the clips coming with us on a road trip to be cleaned up on the drive.
Otherwise, things are going pretty well! The factory was about 5 weeks late with these. So we might be a couple of months late fulfilling, but I'm not quite ready to make that official yet.

Just wanted to drop in and say everything is going great on our end! No issues with production so far and everything seems well on-track to meet our shipping dates. We only have 91% of responses in on our pledge manager. Please ensure you fill these out so that we can get everything to all backers in a timely and organized manner. Thanks again! Can't wait to get all these to everyone. =)
